Established in 2004, Javadi Wines is owned and operated by Troy and Lori Javadi, who have been wine grape growers for 15 years. Our Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes were planted in 2000 on our ranch in Paso Robles, CA. As a reward for the hard work farming our vineyard, we decided to bottle our own wine to enjoy! This Sangiovese is a dark bold wine not often synonymous to our Sangiovese varietal. Unique farming techniques were used to reduce the berry size of the grape to provide a more robust wine. We enjoy experimenting with various farming practices to provide the highest quality wine possible.

Currently the wines available for purchase are our 2004 Sangiovese and 2004 Cabernet Sauvignon. This year we will be be bottling our (Still to be named) 2005 super Tuscan blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Sangiovese.
