Troy and Lori Javadi established Javadi Wines in 2004. Both 4th generation farmers, Troy and Lori graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. It is their connection to the earth and quality of land here on the Central Coast that drove them to plant their vineyard in Paso Robles. After growing sought-after red wine grapes for more than 15 years, the Javadis decided to bottle their own wine. “Our passion is farming the grapes, tending the land, caring for the vines, and experimenting with various farming practices to produce the highest quality fruit possible. The grapes are handpicked and hand sorted to guarantee that the “jewel” of the vineyard goes into the bottle.
