Sangiovese, Paso Robles 2004 SOLD OUT

This Sangiovese is a dark, bold wine, not often synonymous to the Sangiovese varietal. Unique farming techniques are used to reduce the berry size of the grape to provide a more robust wine. The Sangiovese can stand up to a great steak or partner up with a pasta. The wine was on American Oak for 12 months.
